Steps to Print Your Udyam Certificate

Printing your Udyam Certificate is a crucial step in validating your business’s registration under the Ministry of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in India. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you print your Udyam Certificate:

  1. Visit the Udyam Registration Portal: Start by visiting the official Udyam Registration portal. Ensure you are on the correct website to avoid phishing attempts.

  2. Login to Your Account: On the portal’s homepage, find and click on the “Print/Verify” option. You will be prompted to log in. Use your Udyam Registration Number (URN) and mobile number or email ID to log in. A One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number or email. Enter the OTP to proceed.

  3. Locate the Certificate: After successful login, you will be directed to a dashboard displaying your business details. Look for the option that says “Print Certificate” or “Download Certificate.”

  4. Download the Certificate: Click on the “Download Certificate” button. Your Udyam Certificate will be downloaded in PDF format.

  5. Print the Certificate: Open the downloaded PDF file. Ensure that your computer is connected to a printer. Select the “Print” option from the PDF viewer’s menu. Choose your printer, adjust the print settings if necessary, and click on the “Print” button to obtain a hard copy of your Udyam Certificate.

  6. Verify the Printed Certificate: Once printed, verify that all the details on the certificate are correct. The Udyam Certificate includes your business name, Udyam Registration Number, type of enterprise, and other essential details.

  7. Keep a Copy for Records: It is advisable to keep both a physical and a digital copy of your Udyam Certificate for future reference. Store the physical copy in a secure place and ensure the digital copy is backed up.
