Steps to Print Your Udyam Certificate
Printing your Udyam Certificate is a crucial step in validating your business’s registration under the Ministry of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in India. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you print your Udyam Certificate:
Visit the Udyam Registration Portal: Start by visiting the official Udyam Registration portal. Ensure you are on the correct website to avoid phishing attempts.
Login to Your Account: On the portal’s homepage, find and click on the “Print/Verify” option. You will be prompted to log in. Use your Udyam Registration Number (URN) and mobile number or email ID to log in. A One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number or email. Enter the OTP to proceed.
Locate the Certificate: After successful login, you will be directed to a dashboard displaying your business details. Look for the option that says “Print Certificate” or “Download Certificate.”
Download the Certificate: Click on the “Download Certificate” button. Your Udyam Certificate will be downloaded in PDF format.
Print the Certificate: Open the downloaded PDF file. Ensure that your computer is connected to a printer. Select the “Print” option from the PDF viewer’s menu. Choose your printer, adjust the print settings if necessary, and click on the “Print” button to obtain a hard copy of your Udyam Certificate.
Verify the Printed Certificate: Once printed, verify that all the details on the certificate are correct. The Udyam Certificate includes your business name, Udyam Registration Number, type of enterprise, and other essential details.
Keep a Copy for Records: It is advisable to keep both a physical and a digital copy of your Udyam Certificate for future reference. Store the physical copy in a secure place and ensure the digital copy is backed up.
